These mei tai carriers are wonderful for babies and toddlers of all ages. No insert needed. Straps are approximately 85 inches long but can be customized upon request. Shoulders are padded for extra comfort. Great for front carries, hip carries, and back carries. By far the most comfortable carrier around (and I've tried them ALL!).
